Special thanks to everyone who came out to Ringgold Park for our 2016 Halloween Party! Great costumes and neighborhood spirit abounded. Sincere appreciation to our generous donors: Upper Crust Pizza, Picco, Foodie’s Markets, b.good and Caffe Nero.
The annual Halloween Party at Ringgold Park is happening on Monday, October 31st at 5pm. This is always a fun event and a great way to kick off Halloween–with costumes, friends, neighbors and food donated by local businesses. Hope you can join us!
We’ll have pizza, sliders, veggies, fruit, snacks, juice, and water for the kids to fill up on before the candy craziness, plus some coffee to energize the adults.
Trick-or-treating will start at approximately 6pm, and Waltham Street will again be closed to traffic.
Before, during or after the party, please also consider making a donation to the Friends of Ringgold Park, a non-profit group dedicated to preserving this precious neighborhood resource. All funds raised go toward maintaining the park’s horticulture and playgrounds and hosting community events like this one.
For those who’d like to get more involved, we’re also looking for event volunteers and board members. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you’re interested.
Please join us for live (family-friendly) music on Saturday, June 18 from 4pm to 6:30pm as Ringgold takes part in the 4th annual Fête de la Musique, presented by the Community Music Center of Boston. This outdoor festival, which celebrates the summer solstice, spans seven South End venues, and we’re delighted to participate again!
